Right to Cancel

You have a 14‑day right of return from the date your order is delivered. To cancel, email support@killasnus.store within 14 days, then return items within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and items must be unopened and in resaleable condition.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued using your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned products. Please note we may withhold the refund until batch confirmation.

2‑Year Warranty & Defects

Under UK/EU law, all products have a 2‑year warranty against defects. Report any issues within 60 days of discovery. We will repair, replace, or refund items at no extra cost.

Customer Responsibility
